Customer Feedback Systems Australasia is the Australian arm of the CFS International Group of Companies, a technologically agile market research, performance management and service improvement solutions provider with clients in more than 100 countries and territories around the globe.
Our office in Sydney was established in October 2004 to service clients in the Australian, New Zealand and the broader Asia Pacific Region and, after 7 successful years, we are a recognised leader in the customer experience measurement and service improvement space with clients in a wide variety sectors across many disparate industries.
