An opportunity exists for a mature, friendly & co-operative person to join a rapidly growing company that provides innovative market research and customer feedback solutions to a range of clients in the Healthcare, Retail and Property Management industries.
It is essential that applicants have an interest in Healthcare Analytics.
As part of this role, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Hands-on management and co-ordination of the Report Design, Coding, Generation and Delivery process.

  • Assisting and advising clients with the questionnaire development for Client Experience Surveys, Compliance Audits, and Market Research Programs.

  • Performing quality control on reports, including data checking, verification and coding in conjunction with the IT team.

  • Providing telephonic and / or email support as needed.

  • Assisting other team members generally.

You will ideally have the following skills and experience:

  • Survey design and / or coding experience.

  • Relevant industry experience and an understanding of market research processes and techniques.

  • Experience in data analysis, manipulation and presentation techniques in Tableau, R, SPSS and Excel.

  • Undergraduate in Psychology preferred however not essential.

Australian experience in research, report design and administration, data analysis and client presentations in a Health Informatics, Marketing or Statistical / Research Environments will help secure this role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assistance with development of Projects to meet Client Specifications and Delivery Dates.

  • Checking client requirements against project specifications and performing thorough logic and routing checks on all surveys or audits in the production queue.

  • Monitoring data from ongoing projects, carrying out integrity checks, communicating with internal and external clients and resolving potential problems and issues.

  • Providing data timeously to our in-house research team using a range of tools, including CFS’ proprietary reporting systems, SPSS, Q and Excel.

  • Providing Technical Support and Troubleshooting Advice telephonically.

  • Coding and creation of client facing surveys deployed on CFS’ Proprietary Devices and Android Tablets.

  • Working closely with the Head of IT.

  • Assisting other Team Members generally.
